Julie Kerim

Julie has more than 30 years of experience in both small business and large corporations. She says she prefers small business where she can work with real people.

She spent 11 years working in a family business, in various roles-- starting as a favour, spending time as Sales and Marketing Director and ending up as Managing Director. During this time, the company grew from $3,000,000 to $12,000,000.

Julie has served on the board of three companies during her career-- all small or medium businesses. She has experience in Europe, Asia and the USA and has deep industry expertise in the security, electronics, manufacturing and communications industries.

As a business coach, Julie enjoys helping people grow their businesses and watching the joy it brings when things work out well. She brings a career history, including teaching and human resources consulting to the team, and believes she'll teach the rest of us a thing or two about coaching real people.

She loves making things happen and exercising her creative muscles and focuses her business coaching around entreprenurial excitement and people-- the business owner and those other important people in a small business-- staff, families and partners of the business owners, too.

Julie has 2 grown up (nearly) children and a nearly grown up husband who wants to buy a big boat for fishing.
