Passionate about family, community, social responsibility and the environment, Simon left the corporate world behind to make a difference. His passion extends to his love of adventure sports and music.

He makes his mark in a number of ways, from his support for the Nelune Foundation ('Helping Patients Fight Cancer With Dignity') to the simple things like encouraging his friends and family to buy and consume socially responsible products. 

Married with two young children, Simon knows too well the challenges that come with succeeding in business, whilst also having time to spend with the people that matter.

Simon’s business success in the corporate world has translated well into the business-coaching speciality; his natural disposition to listen and relate at a personal level with everyone in his life helps to build long and meaningful relationships. Whilst successful coaching is built on trust and relationships, Simon is not one to shy away from problem solving, addressing the detail and fundamentally improving the profitability of your business.

Simon has built his business knowledge within Retail, Tourism and Hospitality leading to a broader corporate career in Telecommunications. He has had success across a number of disciplines; sales, service delivery, customer management, project management and marketing. Having worked in multiple roles at Optus he has achieved business outcomes for small, medium and large enterprise clients within the Banking and Finance, IT, Property and Services industries. Simon is absolutely passionate about customer engagement, customer experience, customer retention and loyalty.

He works tirelessly to ensure business owners build a stronger value proposition to differentiate from competitors. In turn ensuring that you achieve real and meaningful relationships with customers that are wiling to refer you as well as spend more, more often thus delivering healthier profits.
