Hannah and Laarni joined us at the same time. They essentially share a full-time role of what we call “Sell by Chat” which involves contacting the people who’ve downloaded one of our tools or engaged with us online and (gently) encouraging them to start a conversation and progress to actually enquiring about our service (if they want to).

If you’ve been chatting to us online, it’s likely you were chatting to one of these two.

Hannah also has a small child and a degree and she likes Korean drama.
