What is the Tools Down Workshop?

It’s two days of learning how to scale up your trades business from small to big – you’ll learn systems and marketing and sales and
leadership. You’ll build a bigger, better business with healthy margins, a flow of leads and a great team.

When business is small, you can hold it all together by working hard but you grow it to a point and there’s no longer enough of you to do that – you become a bottleneck. You need systems instead.
You might feel stuck, unable to grow it beyond this point. I’ll show you how to build the systems to get you unstuck and so your business can grow and scale.

You might feel like you don’t know how to run a business, that you’re a great tradie but not a great businessman. I’ll show you that that’s probably not true – that all you  need to do is learn some fairly simple strategies and you can build a business you’re proud of.

You might be nervous of investing in marketing, worried that you’ll pour your money down the drain – I’ll show you where and how you should spend your marketing money so it drives growth instead of drying up.
