It’s the best name we could come up with – someone who’s happy to refer people to us. You might think they’ll enjoy/benefit from business coaching. You might think they’ll enjoy one of our workshops. You might think they’ll enjoy watching our ToolBox Tips – Jon talks (helpful) shit for 10 mins every Tuesday.

We run a business coaching program for tradies and builders and we help them put their systems and structures in place so they can build their business properly.

It’s about growing, making more money, knowing your numbers, looking after your people, changing your role and of course sales and marketing.

Why would you want to be a referral partner?

The only reason you’d want to be a referral partner is if you thought that business coaching would be useful for someone you know and like.

What’s in it for your tradies?

It depends what they do:

If they just want to watch the Toolbox Tips they’ll learn something new every week to help them in their business.

If they come to the Tools Down Workshop they’ll learn the framework they can use to grow their business properly (we’ll teach them the systems and structure we talked about above).

If they decide to go ahead with the coaching program they’ll drive change in their business, build the systems, build the structures and their business into something better.

What’s in it for you?

The only reason you’d want to be a referral partner is if you thought that business coaching would be useful for someone you know and like.

Who can be a referral partner?

Anyone can! Anyone who knows a Tradie. But you’re probably here because we’ve gotten into contact with you as we think you know lots of tradies.

You might be a bookkeeper, an accountant, a marketer, a recruiter; who work with trades businesses. You’re probably in a position to talk to them about business and about this business coach you’ve come across that they might like.

What’s in it for your tradies?

It depends what they do:

If you send them a special link (to subscribe to our mailing list or register to one of our workshops) and they click on it our system will remember that they came from you and if they end up attending a workshop or buying coaching you’ll get paid your referral fee.

If you refer them to us (maybe you send an email to them and to us, saying ‘Jon meet Fred, Fred meet Jon’) then we’ll have to make sure you get paid manually.

If they just watch the videos nothing much happens from our end. If they attend a workshop they’ll be invited to consider business coaching at 3 o’clock on Sunday. If you refer them we’ll call them for a 10 minute chat (a qualification call if you like) and they’ll do a free 1 hour strategy session with Jon, at the end of which they’ll decide if they’re doing coaching or not.
