We all know that margins important. We all know that margin and profit is the fuel that runs our business and keeps us going. And yet I see builders and tradies, making these 10 kind of simple and common mistakes all the time, and over and over, and over. And even kidding yourselves that you kind of have to do it like this. Well you know, you don’t.
And I’ve written this workshop, the Margin Maximizer workshop I’ve called it, (I like a bit of alliteration) to show you what these mistakes are, to show you these places where margins are leaking out of your business, and help you stop making those mistakes, help you fix up the problems. I’m calling it sharks and shark repellents – Sharks that take the bites out of your margins and the shark repellent that protects you from them.
It’s a 2 hour workshop and it’s $99 dollars. It’s in the evening at 5pm so you can come after work.
