Running a good business means: Getting more of the right jobs (marketing), Winning them at decent margins (sales), Running work with less chaos and more profit Knowing your numbers and pricing with confidence Hiring good people and letting go, saying no when you need to. Building a business is its own job — and you need to make time to do it.
The good news? It’s learnable.
