Our business coaching company recently had the pleasure of working with Matt Russel Jones of TRJ and Sons Construction, a residential builder based in Northern Beaches, NSW, Australia.
Matt came to us referred by a friend, with the goal of increasing his profitability and growing his business. He was struggling to make as much money as he felt he should and didn’t have a lot of confidence in his ability to run a successful business.
Through our coaching, we helped Matt work out what he does, who he does it for and why he’s good. We also started relationship marketing and increased his pricing. We got him to be more professional about sales and wrote systems for his team. We helped him measure profitability properly and he soon started to feel more confident.
We delivered our coaching through a combination of group coaching on Zoom, 1:1 coaching and workshops. The results were fantastic – Matt made more money, grew his business and felt less stressed. He was also given a business strategy and roadmap, a community of other tradies on the same journey, and a library of video training.
