It’s Jon Dale here again. One thing I’ve learned in my 10 years as a business coach is that it’s not about the secrets.

There’s load of marketing out there, the internet is full of secrets of how to do your business, isn’t it? And it’s bullshit really, there aren’t really any secrets.

The way to be successful in a trade business is to do good work primarily that’s the foundation to be good at it and do a good job and build that reputation. And to run your business properly and sensibly with some discipline and be a bit methodical.

Ignore the secrets, it’s other people just trying to pretend they’ve got something that you don’t have. The reality is and what I’ve done in my coaching is, consolidate the materials that’s out there in the world into a simple structure program that you can follow and that you can apply to your trades business quiet easily.
