OK, so we haven’t made a big splash but we’re 10 months old now and business is building strongly. I’m sure you’ll be delighted to hear that we aren’t starving yet and that we’re likely to be around for some time.
We learnt an interesting lesson in the first part of the year and we’ll share it because it applies to everyone, equally.

It sounds obvious, I know but it was brought home to me when I “rested” from marketing my business in January and February, while I focused on servicing my new clients.
Guess what? That’s right………..no new business in March.
It was only after a flurry of activity in March that I started to see a pipeline of business opportunity and proposals get written – some of which have turned into new clients (you know who you are!)
So, fellow business owner – don’t forget that you need to keep your foot on the pedal of your sales and marketing machine – they don’t happen on their own (sales, that is).
