Why would you? 

It’s a good question. Something’s going on for you that makes you click. 

We all have our one-sentence/pitch.

This is mine:

You want to improve your business, grow it (a bit, at least) but grow it properly – which means profitably, without loads of stress and with a normal week and holidays for you. I’ll help you put systems and structures in place so you can do that.

Net profit margin of 10% of total revenue:

• A decent wage for you
• A 4 Hour week for you
• Holidays 
• A business not completely dependent on you
•  People in their jobs doing a good job and happy there too.

How does that sound? Like a brochure? Thought so.

It’s true, so I’ll stick with it but it’s not very interesting nor does it talk about what you want.

Of course, you want: 

• More money
• Less stress
• More work
• A successful business

How could you not?

But what’s going on for you that might make you look into business coaching (with me, obviously)?

Maybe someone you know has a coach (and a Ferrari!)

Maybe you’ve seen the ads and thought “what the f**k is that?” 

Or

“what’s he on about?”

Or even

“That’s interesting…”

Or whatever it may be, something is going on for you… 

• Maybe you want different results for and from your business… (like the ones I said a minute ago).
• Maybe you know you’re not doing the business part right.

You know you’re a good tradesperson but you don’t think you’re a good business person. 

• Maybe you’re missing an opportunity.
• Maybe you’re frustrated with how it’s going – you know it could be better but you’re not sure how.
• Maybe you know there’s stuff you don’t know and you want to learn it (the business stuff.)
• Maybe you don’t know what you don’t know (and you want to know).
• Maybe you’d like to feel more confident – not just as a tradesperson, you’ve probably got that down ok, but as a businessperson or a salesperson or in your pricing or your numbers.
• Maybe you don’t understand your numbers properly or there’s not much money around for how hard you work.
• Maybe you’re not always busy or work dries up sometimes and you’re paying people to sit around doing f**k all.

• Maybe you’re sick of being told you’re too expensive, especially when your inner voice is.
• Maybe you’re sick of sitting at the computer in the evenings cranking out work.
• Maybe you’d like to spend more time with your kids or your partner.

So many things could be going on – which ones are going on for you?
