Keeping Up with Technology – Are you familiar with SIPs? And a possible business opportunity.

I consider it part of my job to learn about stuff so I can pass it on to you and I consider it part of my job to go and network with people in the industry.
As part of that, I bumped into a chap called Chris from a company called Habitech. I normally restrict myself and I learned about SIPs and I found that Habitech need Builder Partners to build the houses they sell.

SIPs are prefabricated panels with insulation inside. They are strong and light, house get designed, panels cut and shipped. Builder builds house quick – save 2 to 3 months to lock up. So it’s a cheap way to get a house built…
Habitech are ambitious and expanding. I think they do sell houses and have builders build them at pre-agreed rates. All you do is get your workforce.
